Design Your Path

At Woodstock North, we are committed to empowering students to take ownership of pursuing post-secondary goals through our initiative, Design Your Path. This initiative focuses on strategic course selection, exposure to rigorous and relevant coursework, and the development of critical skills such as writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, and reading.  Whether students aim to enroll in a college or university, enlist in the armed forces, pursue a career in the trades, or enter the workforce, our mission is focused on ensuring each WNHS graduate is well-positioned for success. Woodstock North is driven to support all students in designing their unique paths, pursuing their passions, and applying their talents toward the betterment of society.

Additionally, all students are strongly encouraged to participate in our districtwide 12 in 200 initiative.  12 in 200 challenges District 200 students to earn 12 college credits prior to graduation through successful completion of Dual Credit (DC) or Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Within D200, we are committed to providing a wide breadth of advanced coursework to help students grow their passion for learning while motivating them to explore different college and career pathways. Since its inception, the 12 in 200 initiative has resulted in over 50% of graduates finishing high school having earned 12 or more college credits.
