Transcripts

You must have a signed Records Release Form on file in the WNHS Student Services Office. 

• To request transcripts to be sent to colleges or universities, go to your SchooLinks account > Colleges (on left)  > College Applications and add the specific school to your College Application Manager dashboard (here is a video on how to set up your College Application Manager). If you applied through CommonApp, you will need to link it to the College Application Manager.
   
• To request transcripts for any other purpose (i.e. Secretary of State’s Office, scholarships) go to your SchooLinks account > School (on left) > Records Requests > Send official transcript.

 Current students please note:

• Standardized SAT and ACT test scores are not included on your transcript.
   
• Most colleges & universities prefer to receive your test scores directly from CollegeBoard.org or ACT.org. Please go to their websites to request your scores to be sent.
   
• Transcripts to colleges will not have test scores. If you want your standardized test scores added to your transcript for scholarship purposes, please contact the Registrar prior to requesting the transcript in SchoolLinks so the correct format of transcript is sent. Your School Day standardized test scores will then be included. 
  
  If you want additional national standardized test scores included, please complete the
  Transcript Test Scores Request Form. Please realize that ALL of your test scores will be included.
